There are no refunds or exchanges once purchased. Please review your cart before you begin the checkout process.
To access downloads:
- When you complete your order, check your email associated with your account for an email receipt with the subject line, "Your ILP music order."
- In the email, press "click here" under each downloadable product listed.
- The download will automatically begin when you press "click here."
Download how-to and troubleshooting:
Downloadable products are sent to your account email in the email receipt with the subject line: Your ILP Music Order. If you do not receive the purchase receipt right away, please wait a while, refresh your inbox, and check your spam folder. Download links are active for two clicks or 48-hours (whichever comes first). iPads do not support download links. Please download on a desktop browser. If you are redirected to a page that says "404: FILE NOT FOUND - EXPIRED DOWNLOAD LINK," the link has been clicked more than two times or it has been active for over 48 hours.
If you have any trouble with the purchase receipt or accessing your purchased music, please call (615)599-4497 during office hours (M-F 8am to 5pm CST) or email email@example.com with your order number and your inquiry will be addressed during normal office hours.
Editing items in your cart:
