Personalize Your Bookplate Design

Choose from our selection of beautifully designed bookplates to honor a gift or memorial. These templates are formatted for Avery Label 5168 for easy printing. Simply open your chosen design, click under “In Honor of” or “In Memory of,” and type in your desired text.

Need to customize further? If you’d like to add text in another place or don’t see a text box, go to Insert > Text Box in your Word document to place text wherever you need. You can also modify “In Memory of” or “In Honor of” as needed.
